Mandela Movie?

Nelson Mandela, activist extraordinaire should be expecting a movie in he and his first wifes, "Winnie Mandelas" honor. Actors, Terrance Howard and Jennifer Hudson are set to star as the Mandela couple in a big screen movie.

Production is set to start as early as the end of May, in Capetown, amongst a few other places which made Mandela famous. The movie is already looking at a $15 million dollar budget, according to director Darrell Rood.

Fallon to host the Emmys

Jimmy Fallon is expected to host the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards, come this August. It seems as if NBC is on a roll, booking the host for their most imperative awards shows months before they are set to air. If you can recall, Ricky Gervais was booked last week to host the Golden Globes again next year.

Paul Telegdy, executive vp of alternative at NBC said, "Jimmy was the natural choice as one of the most promising and likable young entertainers who will now have the chance to display his many talents on television's biggest night. His proven skills as a comedian and host, as well as his openness to new ideas will fully engage audiences and ultimately deliver a lively Emmy telecast. "

One and a Half Men?

It appears, Charlie Sheen and the hit TV series, "Two and a Half Men" may be going their separate ways this summer. According to a source, Sheen and his camp have asked for "2 million dollars per episode," to continue his run for another year or so.

However they expect anything from $1.2-$1.3 million. His costars and colleagues are not aware and have yet to receive any updates on Sheen status, but a decision on the networks behalf shall be soon, considering upfronts for the show are May 19th.
